Our lovely guest house is within an easy flat stroll of both the town and the splendid sandy beach. There is free on street parking outside. Keys provided so you may come and go as you please. See our own website and book online.Rooms are decorated beautifully to help you relax and enjoy your stay. The house and rooms are light and airy the floors downstairs being stripped pine all bed rooms and stairs are carpeted. There is a guest fridge on the upstairs landing hairdryers in all rooms and the house is decorated with local art and photographs. Guests are welcome to sit in the front garden which is planted with fragrant flower borders there is a table and seating for three to four people it gets the sun in the afternooneveningAll our rooms have tea and coffee facilities (and mains water) flat screen free view televisions and good curtains.</p>

Many of the rooms and public areas take advantage of these delightful views where you can relax enjoying a drink read complimentary newspapers and magazines. All 30 bedrooms are individually decorated complementing the ambience of a time gone by. A lift serves all floors including lower ground where there are full leisure facilities. All bedrooms are individually styled and furnished in keeping with the ambience of the surroundings some of which enjoy wonderful seaviews. Rooms also offer; tea and coffee making facilities colour television hairdryers and telephones. The Restaurant offers fine cuisine using only the best of fresh local produce to give exciting and innovative cuisine indulging the palate in mouth watering delight. Also there is an extensive bar list on offer in addition to the restaurant menu. The Cocktail Lounge offers a cosy view of the bay and is equipped with deep comfortable sofas where guests can sit back and enjoy all there is to offer including a large variety of beers lagers ciders and keg bitter. Also a large selection of red and white wines plus sparkling wine and champagne. Burlington Health and Fitness Club located on the lower ground floor of the hotel includes a plunge pool Jacuzzi sauna aerobics machines and extensive weight room which are free of charge for guests to use. Also there is an array of holistic and traditional massage along with a complete selection of beauty treatments are offered by fully qualified masseurs and beauticians. Aerobics classes for different age groups take place throughout the week (please check for times and availability) and the ping pong table is always ready to use. Dorset and the Isle of Purbeck offer so many great days out if your feeling adventurous you can enjoy rolling down a hill in a giant inflatable plastic ball (a Zorb) hiking along the renowned Jurassic coast line visiting the many historic sites and landmarks or tasting the award-winning Chococo chocolate at their factory and shop located minutes away in the town centre. Our accommodation consists of 3 rooms two family rooms and a double or twin room. All of them have private bathrooms colour TVDVD&#8217;s tea and coffee making facilities. WiFi is available on request. Buddies Bed and Breakfast is conveniently situated a short level walk into Swanage town with all the amenities Swanage has to offer &#8211; it&#8217;s wide sandy beach coffee shops selection of local pubs and restaurants Purbeck steam railway Jurassic coast line and Durlston Country Park. You can easily get to Corfe Castle Studland Sandbanks and Bournemouth &#8211; by walking or by bus. We have found that people come to Swanage for various reasons; Scuba diving walking climbing mountain biking or just to visit. Couples family&#8217;s and groups are all offered a warm welcome year round. Well behaved children are welcome.</p>

Start your day in our open plan oak-floored dining room enjoy our fresh fruit salad yogurts cereals and many other breakfast options all served from the huge welsh dresser whilst we cook your locally sourced full English breakfast in the adjoining flagstoned kitchen. All of the rooms are homely and well-supplied with TV&#8217;s DVD players and tea-making facilities and the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped. Being so central Town Hall Lodge is a very short walk from all of the town&#8217;s attractions as well as being a superb base to discover the rest of the magnificent Purbeck landscape. Everything in Swanage is so easy to get to beaches coastal walks The Pier The Stone Quay The Steam Railway and all of the town&#8217;s other attractions are all less than a five minute stroll. Town Hall Lodge really couldn&#8217;t be better placed to make it the perfect base from which to explore and enjoy. Swanage is a coastal town with a big character and its position at the gateway to the famous Jurassic Coastline makes it a perfect base to explore the Purbeck landscape. With its sandy beaches steam train historic pier and stone quay Swanage has a lot to offer old and young alike and with Carnival Week and several music Festivals the town is lively throughout the year. Further afield the ancient ruins of Corfe Castle Monkey World the Tank Museum small coves fossil-rich beaches quarried caves towering cliffs sea-worn arches and the whole of the Purbeck is all within approximately half hour drive from Swanage through spectacular countryside.
